How To Burn Fat Easily

I don't like telling people to count calories, and quite frankly it's not essential. It does however, make things a bit simpler, especially in the beginning.

If you can figure out how many calories you eat every day and track your progress with consistency, you'll be guaranteed results!

There are many good apps and websites that will assist you in counting calories and to be honest, you don't even have to be 100% accurate because the body will burn more on some days than others.

Take pictures in the same place every week or so and adjust your calories as necessary. Weighing yourself can often give you a false reading as the body can hold onto water and many other biological factors are involved. At the end of the day, it's about how you look and feel, not about some pointless number!

For example, if you're eating around 3000 calories each day and you are gradually losing weight and seeing results, keep eating that amount. If you are putting on weight or staying the same, decrease your calories by 200-300 per day. Then keep track every week and adjust as necessary. Don't make the mistake of drastically lowering your calories. This won't work in the long term.

Alternatively, you can increase your energy expenditure. So if you don't want to lower your calories any more, add some additional exercise in. This can be anything from jogging, to weight training or simply just walking. But the trick is to add more activity gradually. That way you have more tools to use when you plateau again. You really should be doing some kind of exercise every day even if it is just walking the dog. Just add on an extra 5-10 minutes every time you see your weight loss slowing down.

By doing this, you will avoid the problem that many people have. They go on fad diets and lose some weight but before long, they are back where they started.

To fast track your results and drastically improve your health cut down on sugar, junk food, processed food and fizzy drinks. Cutting back on alcohol will also make a huge difference. All of these are calorie laden and just not healthy, so you'll be doing yourself a massive favour, as well as looking fit and healthy!

If you follow this simple method, you are guaranteed to lose body fat. There are many extra tips and tricks but this will get you results if you stick with it.
