For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved being active and full of energy every day. As a child, I’d run, cycle and skate anywhere and everywhere I could.
As I 'grew up', life took over, as it does to the best of us. I lost all connection with what I loved most, that being the great outdoors, feeling strong and running wild and free in nature.
So many of us give up on fitness and fun when 'life happens'. I want to show you that it doesn't have to be that way.
For a long time I had no solid goals or vision for my future and when I finally decided to get back into health and fitness, the confusion and frustrations of the health and fitness world became apparent.
I’ve made a ton of mistakes over the years (resulting in a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering), but I’ve come a long way since then (stronger, fitter and healthier than ever with a 5k PB of 15:54 and numerous race wins including marathons and ultras). I want to help you navigate the same minefield, the enjoyable way.
I'm fed up with all the false information and money making gimmicks out there, so I've designed an easy to use, science-based coaching system that you can rely on. You probably haven't seen any of my groundbreaking methods before.
Online health and fitness coaching is a new and exciting way for me to enable life changing transformation and fitness coaching to people from all different backgrounds.
Online coaching can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, flexibility and affordability. Best of all, I can give people more support and accountability than I ever could in person.
Health is more important now than ever, and we must maintain it as we grow older. You need to keep up with the kids, inspire future generations, and put your health and longevity first as you age. For that reason, all aspects of my coaching are conducted in a holistic, healthy manner.
