This is a highly effective HIIT workout that you can complete at home, with no equipment, in less than 30 minutes.
Set a timer and aim to complete as many repetitions of each exercise as possible, using perfect technique in 30 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds then move onto the next exercise.
Complete all 8 exercises.
Rest for 1-2 minutes after completing all 8 exercises, then repeat for a total of 3-4 rounds.
To progress in this workout, increase rounds, increase time or decrease rest each week.
