10 Fitness Tips For Busy People
Everyone is too busy these days. So this won't take long!
Here's 10 tips that are guaranteed to help if you are willing to try 'em out.
1. Make Your Workouts Shorter
There are many ways to make your workouts shorter. Use supersets or circuit style training. It's possible to complete a highly effective circuit in less than 20 mins. Also, don't waste time in-between sets, use that time to add in some extra stretching or core strength work.
2. Extra Exercise
This is an easy one if your try hard enough. Walk more. Get up more, Sit down less. Take the stairs. Drive less. Get outside and play with your kids/friends/pets. Get a fitness tracker and set a daily activity goal. You will feel amazing by following just this step!
3. Get a Gym Buddy
Not only will they drag your ass to the gym when you really can't be bothered, you can return the favour and help them out on their bad days.
4. Have Enough Gym Clothes - Keep Them With You!
Make sure to have enough gym clothes at the ready. Do more laundry if you have to. Organise your life. By having a set of gym clothes available at all times, that's one less excuse to skip your workout.
5. Batch Cook

If you have studying or work to do, why not do it in the gym? Reading on the stationary bike or stairmaster is a great way to pass the time and exercise your brain whilst you burn off some fat!
7. Work Out at Home
If you're really struggling for time, complete a quick home workout! You will save time by not having to get to and from the gym. There are a variety of ways to workout just using your body but investing in some equipment may be wise if you plan on doing home workouts often. Just try not to annoy your neighbours too much! 8. Plan Ahead
Have a plan of action before you get to the gym. This will save time when you get there. You'll also have a more structured and productive workout by doing this.
9. Get Up Earlier
I'm not saying get up at 4am so you have time to get to the gym and complete an hour long workout. Although theres nothing wrong with that... However, by getting up just 20 minutes early and going straight out for a jog or even a brisk walk, you will have made a great start to the day. 10. Make More Time
Watch less rubbish on TV. Stop aimlessly scrolling Facebook. Use your time more efficiently. This can be difficult if you've already engrained some of these unhealthy habits but this is one of the best things you can do for your overall health.
