Morning Health Beverage
Drink one of these every morning and feel the amazing benefits of this healthy drink!
1 glass of pure coconut water
1 heaped teaspoon of high quality greens powder
1 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder
1 teaspoon of glutamine
1 teaspoon of creatine (on non-training days - I have this in my pre/post workout shakes on training days)
3 teaspoons of organic lemon juice
3 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar
1g of vitamin c
This drink improves digestion, detoxifies the body and provides a multitude of other benefits. It does have quite a bitter taste - you can add some raw locally produced honey if you wish.
The only downside is that the acidity of this drink can damage the enamel of your teeth. To avoid this, rinse your mouth with plenty of water immediately after drinking.
