Motivation comes and goes. It creates determination, willpower and accountability within you.
Each day, take the time to do something that motivates you. This can be as simple as reading motivational quotes on Instagram or watching motivational videos on YouTube. Figure out what motivates you - maybe it's looking at pictures of your favourite sportsperson or model.. Maybe it's reading over your fitness journal and reviewing the progress you're making. It may be looking over your goals and reminding yourself why you want to achieve them.
The key point here is this - make sure you stay motivated, because once you lose motivation, it can be difficult to get it back!
